2026-08-30: Boyd emailed ("Notes on Nice") saying Jay wrote up a "proposed agenda
framework" for the Nice trip and asked Percy to decipher it — but no attachment or
content came through with the email, just that one line. Waiting on Boyd or Jay to
resend the actual notes/agenda before anything can be filed or researched.
